Still life done in Photoshop during class. Took about two hours to get to this point. That's my crocheted octocat I bought, a PS3 controller, and a bullet shell.

Monster self portrait

Second self portrait. Took WAY too long. x_x But I like it over all. The JPG version here is bluer than the real deal though. :/

100% in Photoshop.

Me!

Self portrait done 100% in Photoshop for class. Ugh, so taxing. x_x Fullview PLEASE! So much work!

Back in School

School's started back up, and so has SOCA. So here's the the pick of the litter from my first batch. I think it shows that I've been a bit negligent over winter break. >.>  done with watercolor and microns. I sketched with the watercolor, blocking in basic shapes, then inked the piece to get in detail, and then go back in a final time to add shadows.

Demon Possessed

A roughly hashed out concept with some quick colors to see if I liked them. I didn't even bother to erase the pencil before coloring.

The idea is that there's a type of warlockish people who delve into the occult, and learn how to willingly let demons possess them, but still keep enough control of their bodies to use the demons more as tools for a job. When they let this happen, they take on the physical traits of the demons inhabiting them, so they change shape. So the person on the left is their normal appearance, and the one on the right would be the same person possessed.

It should be fun the play with the idea more when I get the time. I'm always up for drawing monsters.

Show me your Teeth

Bit of fan art for the game Bayonetta. It's been a wild ride playing it, and it kicks my ass, but it's been really fun. It's a game I want to play through again to get better at (so I'll stop using my money for health items and actually buy some power ups x_x). So here's a quick piece. It was fun, and a change of pace. Super femme fetale women aren't something I draw really.

Into the Ethereal

The first finished thing I've done for myself since winter break started. I've missed working in traditional media and being able to take my time on it. Nothing fancy, but it was fun and rather relaxing to work on.

Watercolor, acrylic, colored pencil, and a few different gel pens.

Drow WIP

What I've been doing to prove I'm not being a total sloth. The piece isn't this yellow, the lighting in my house just sucks. This is a WIP of a sketch I did a few months ago. It's been nice to be able to play with watercolor instead of panicking to get something done as fast as possible. I'll probably have this finished in another day or so of working at it. I'm pretty pleased with it so far.
